No
Sis, did you hear anything from vet since you dropped her off?
I'll separate tool from handle .,.. I think it'll be no prob
Yeah could you take them in carry on? I take my latch hook so I would think so
Hope they motivate to use them to do fun stuff next year. Won't get to play much due to travel, but I am making me a little travel "studio in a bag"
Yeah... They not only look awesome, they feel great and are the most functional tools I ever made.
Niiiiiice!
Wow really nice !!

My New Year gift to myself: the best sculpting tools that money can't buy :-) I made them from exotic wood pen blanks. Each one is different wood. The Bog Oak at the top is 6,000 years old. I turned them on my little lathe, hand-buffed 6 coats of tung oil followed by Orange oil and beeswax polish. The collets will allow me to replace tips when needed. I actually have 12 done. Eight more and I'm done.

Design, Process, Progress

Behind every design is a process... A thought process.

And that process transcends design itself. If you are mapping out a sales strategy, or streamlining a manufacturing operation, or crafting a new system for innovating - if you work in the world of business, you are engaged in the practice of design.

Feeling nostalgic.... Found it in an old

This may be my oldest handmade sculpting tool.

I made it when I was around 18 years old.

The blade was forged on my homemade brake drum forge out of an old saw blade.

The Osage Orange handle came from a fallen tree in Texas. The rivets are brass rod. The branded GDO logo was hand " carved" from a piece of aluminum scrap.

Why? I had little $ and specialized tools weren't available. And why not order off internet... It wouldn't exist for decades :-)

Melted some bronze at 2150f

And dribbled the liquid metal into water. Awesome morning experiment.

(C) My Time

Fall begins this morning and the air is already more crisp.

The day will end early, as the sun sets lower.

The leaves are beginning to compete with the color of the sun for our attention.

God's nature is preparing for fall rest after a long summer's adventure.

I entered this world in the the Autumn, and it still holds my heart.

Ladies on street

Went down to Little Italy. Two beautiful ladies on the street corner wouldn't stop staring at me. I think I embarrassed one if them :-)

My summer project # 1

King sized platform bed with cubby storage . if it looks short in length it is optical illusion. It is as wide as it is long !

Wedge pillow is held in place between mattress and headboard frame. Sit up to read or eliminate snoring :-) . then slide down flat to sleep.
